Manifesto.

Every era of the internet changed how people reach a business. First the website, then search, then the phone in every pocket. Each time, the companies that learned the new way first defined the decade that followed.

The next change is here. People are sending agents in their place.

This year, every major platform shipped one. Meta's Muse shops for people and makes their reservations. OpenAI's dots work around the clock on computers of their own. xAI's Grok Bot signs into real tools and finishes real work. Google, Anthropic, Amazon and Perplexity have theirs. More than half of the traffic on the internet is no longer human.

That changes who a business serves. An agent doesn't see the photos or the brand. It sees whether the job can be done. It can try many stores in the time a person opens one, it will come back for the same person again and again, and it will leave without a word the moment it gets stuck.

Over thirty years, companies built a whole industry around the human customer. Analytics to see them, testing to learn what they want, personalization to serve them, security to protect them. Almost none of it was built for agents. To most of today's stack, an agent is either invisible or a threat.

Customer experience decided who won the last era. Agent experience will decide the next one. AX is the new CX, and the companies that get it right first will be the ones agents choose — for millions of people, millions of times a day.

So we're rebuilding that stack for agents: a way to see them, understand them and serve them, on every surface they use. We believe every business should be as good for an agent as it is for a person. Personal agents are your new customers. We exist to make you the one they choose.
